A "youth offender" is someone up to 26 years old. These politicians live in a fantasy world, where in reality they should not be in a position of responsibility. Their policies are literally killing people.

So let me get this straight....
3 year olds are responsoble enough to make permanent decisions about their identity, but 24 yearyear olds aren't responsible for their actions?
In what world does that make sense?

WTF? I guess this is the follow on to allowing these "young people" to stay on their parents insurance policies...has now morphed into this!
