“Given the complexity of the case…”? What the heck?!?!?! What complexity’s? Did he walk away from his post of not? Are these people insane or do they just like spending taco money for nothing? They are not just AH’s… they are flaming AH’s! MHO

It should either be re-instated or he should be re-tried.
Personally, the justification for throwing out his plea bargain is ridiculous. I understand the argument about the judge's conflict of interest. It is stupid, but whatever. But this wasn't a trial, it was a plea bargain. Which means the judge had very little to do with it, aside from simply accepting and approving it. Tossing THAT out is asinine.
