Sen. Hawley says he will block Army civilian promotions over Fort Leonard Wood housing

Umm someone tell Hawley how Congress approves 100s of billions of dollars every year but never demand that majority of that funding goes to quality of life for our Servicemembers and their families in the form of housing, schools, childcare, healthcare, salaries; but instead direct that money to wasteful weapons programs and then blame the Services for not doing more.
