In order to accurately judge the most likely source of the strike ask yourself 4 questions (while using IDC 203):
1. The likelihood Israel Intentionally bombed the hospital
2. The likelihood Israel accidentally bombed the hospital
3. The likelihood HAMAS intentionally attacked the hospital
4. The likelihood HAMAS accidentally attacked the hospital

1. Not likely, makes no sense, and the fact it was picked up and stated as fact by several media sources only shows what they hoped to see vs non-biased reporting.
2. Possible but highly unlikely and it should be noted they would LIKELY admit to a mistake had that happened.
3. Not highly likely per say, but after seeing what they're capable of with innocent Israelis, using LOAC zones to hide and initiate terror operations, and in preventing Palestinians from leaving Gaza, I find it FAR more likely than an Israeli accidental or intentional act.
4. This is what appears to have happened based on the evidence provided by multiple sources.
