But the better part of making a pause actually benefits the World not just the 2 nations involved. A truce / cease fire has lasted in a divided Korea for 70 years.

When even other Arab countries didn't want the Palestinians, there's a problem with 'a people'. Jordan kicked them out. Egypt won't let then in. Those actions speak volumes.
