Okay, and what private companies would handle HR administration for the government? How would that work exactly? Other than denying people health care, how would it save money to pay a private, for profit, company to do this work? Before I critique, I would like to see the plan you're proposing because all I got from your article was the Federal Government is too big and private industry could do the job better without much insight of how that would occur. Also, do you think putting government staffing into the hands of a private company might have some conflicts of interest? How would those get handled?
