The UN has been a useless organization for decades, most of the delegates don't represent their countries but who ever can afford to buy their support.

Saying that . . . .attacks committed by Hamas did not occur "in a vacuum." Is true. This statement does NOT "excuse" Hamas Terrorism.
It's similar to saying, "Black Lives Matters" means that African-Americans can get away with illegal acts.
