I'm currently in the job search process. I'd recommend changing the perspective from one of frustration to thinking of it as operating in a new operating environment. You must understand the new atmospheric metrics be it a change in attire and language to how to convey your knowledge, skills, and abilities on paper to how you will address a coworker in an interview. Lastly, in my opinion, add humor. If you thought the military was fubar then just wait for this job process. I think the only way to get through it is by, with, through humor. Cut back or eliminate the booze and maintain a physical fitness regimen.
