Enough with Executive rule-making!!!! Congress makes laws, not Executive.

Congress passed the The Administrative Procedure Act (APA) in 1946.

MSgt Steve Sweeney Yes.

And just because Congress is complicit in violating the Constitution does not make it right.

SFC Casey O'Mally - You are certainly entitled to your opinion of what is Constitutional or not, and I will give your opinion all the consideration it is worth. In the meantime, pool pump motor manufacturers are free to challenge the regulation in court. Let's hope they have some sharp Constitutional scholars like you on their side.

I don’t feel oppressed, just another increased cost under Biden. This is also bad for the economy. The owner of the shop said he can fix the pumps all day long but can’t order the old models. So if my broken pumps are marginal I will get them fixed instead of buying a new one.

LTC David Brown - You poor dear. Can't afford to maintain your swimming pool. Is there a support group for that? Console yourself that you stand among the ranks of all the oppressed swimming pool owners and operators through history. Swimming Pools Matter! I hope Florida still allows teaching of swimming pool hardships.
