USAREC at it again. I thought the Sec of the Army just put out that promoting the Co and Xo with another star each and going to civilian like “professional” recruiters would solve the recruiting crisis. What a cool way to stir up stability and family’s just before the holidays. What they need to do now is give them all a Unit Climate Survey to complete.

Yeah I can't understand the logic at all 1SG. Way to piss off families and make them not want to re-up.
