This is a legitimate case, following New York law!
Trying to make Trump a victim is laughable.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - Please show any evidence you may possess of the corruption of the DA and AG.

BTW, here is the law.
I'll let you see if it has ever been enforced.

New York Executive Law § 63(12), sometimes called simply "63 12", is a New York law that gives the Attorney General of New York broad powers to investigate and prosecute cases of civil fraud. Due to its broad definitions, section 63(12) provides the AG with far-reaching powers to issue subpoenas, as well as low legal hurdles to do so. The law was passed in 1956, while Jacob Javits was attorney general

Isn't there also a law against jaywalking? It's all about priorities. Letitia James campaigned on making Donald Trump - not the citizens of New York - a priority. Crime has skyrocketed since she took charge, and she appears ambivalent. With regard to Trump's case, there are no victims. There is no offense. There is only innuendo, accusation and myths. "Guilty until proven innocent," disdain for equal protection under the law and due process prevail. And that's CORRUPT and wrong. Not to mention targeted "justice" and campaign interference. Soros is behind it all.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - According to most conservatives, Soros is behind every anti-conservative action around the world.

MAJ Montgomery Granger - Trump violated a law. He was tried and found liable for the fraud. No person is above the law. He should pay.

Trump is a criminal defendant and as such will be compelled. One way or another.

This isn’t a criminal case, it is a civil case.

LTC David Brown Criminal law and civil law differ with respect to how cases are initiated (who may bring charges or file suit), how cases are decided (by a judge or a jury), what kinds of punishment or penalty may be imposed, what standards of proof must be met, and what legal protections may be available to the defendant.
Hope this helps your understanding.
