Might be too late for California. They've been sinking lower and lower for too long.

And people actually wonder why SAT/ACT scores are at a 40 year low. Education has been replaced by political indoctrination and the result is a new generation of skill and critical thinking challenged youth.
This is following the map the Hitler Youth were exposed to in the 1930s.
There is nothing new and we just need to look to the past to see what is being done.
