My latest single Catching Fire. With PTSD comes the inability to connect with people. How can you when all you feel is hurt, betrayed by your own people when you have Military Sexual Trauma.
Do you wallow in your own feelings because you are alone? No. You help yourself by helping others. Volunteer in your community.
I am a recycler and conservationist. I show my community that I still care. From a distance. Respecting boundaries is a great way to show you understand the needs of a Veteran.

Offenders. No one Abuses a Serviceman alone. It takes cowards like airman rose who stood silently as it happened. It takes racists like the council of NCOs and officers who put me in that hallway to have my life threatened by a wacko in a Uniform. If I were white, they would have treated me differently. That is a fact. Because I have brown skin, the Air Force treated me less than human. No, I will never forgive that branch for manipulating events to forever tarnish their honour from now til the end of time

I also lost my military branch because how can I forgive that conspiracy to abuse Servicemen. The cone of a ilence and also manipulations to get an Airman alone.
Alone with my attacker because the Air Force thought it was appropriate for that woman to be in command alone.
No, that woman is a predator. She needed supervision. That oversight means the branch condones Sexual Abuse, Harassment and Rape. No, I will never forgive Master Sergeant Miranda or any of the staff of Lackland Air Force Base responsible for what happened in 2018.
