If we don’t do it and our peer threats do it we will once again be playing catchup … like hypersonic technologies … we can continue to discuss the moral and ethical aspects but don’t put developers on hold while the talking heads talk! We will regret it.

LTC Marc King Agreed, better to have it and not needed versus needed and not have it. It perplexes me a bit that war fighting decisions come from people who have never been close to the real war. There is a reason why decisions are made by our politicians, academics that are legends in their own minds. and people that decide based on personal ideology. The founders got it right but they were counting on "we the people" to place people in office that was intelligent and understood critical thinking, not Critical Race Theory (CRT).
Have a great Thanksgiving!

Personally I would disagree, no Human Oversite is not a positive step.

True. A killer drone programmed with who to kill and no oversight is not good. Even now it is hard to determine how and why people get put on the “do not fly” list or how to get off. This will become a political tool

These assaults are distal kills as targets become dehumanized as opposed to proximal kills that are far more stressful for the assailant.
