Practice is everything when it comes to being able to hit what you aim at. Adding a dot to your carry also aids in target acquisition.

I added a dot to my P938 and it has help a lot. However, find a good holster (I like leather) has been an issue since I put on the red dot.

Galico has come out with some great holsters. Pricy but worth it.
