Retired Army Major Chase Spears wrote about the mistreatment servicemembers faced while the vaccine mandate was in effect. He shared, “The Army requires several immunizations and checkups throughout the year to maintain one’s medical readiness. Not one of those came with the coercive force of the COVID mandate. … It became the primary marker of human worth.”

I wouldn't come back onlybut fro one reason...teo be in long enough to get my less than honorable discharge to an honorable discharge and then get out as quick as I could...I could not work for an organizationthat treated me the way they did, recognized they screwed up and then want me back!!! That's like people going back into abusive relationships...no trust there! IMHO

Some were fairly close to retirement, I think I would have to seriously consider it if I was a couple short of 20, even a little longer then lateral over and finish up in another service if I could. (As an ET-1 with multiple commercial licenses when I was in the USCG, I could have jumped anywhere.)

Hmm ... you know thinking about it, I wonder if they're just trying to get ahead of the various class action suits ...
