Collings Foundation Ends Wings of Freedom WWII Aircraft Tours

I saw these aircraft at Moffett/ Nasa Ames Research center in Mountain View, CA. We were both with the 445th Civil Affairs Bn.

My bucket list was to someday fly as a passenger in a World War 2 four-engine bomber. I guess it may not be possible now.

Love these old planes. Many of them are in the Air and Space museum out near Dulles
