1) This is a story from over 5 years ago. Not sure why it is coming out now.
2) These were not cadets. They also were not folks who had JUST graduated. They were Captains who traveled back to West Point for marriage. As such, it is a huge non-story. They could have traveled literally anywhere for their marriage, it is not a big deal they chose to travel there.
