Legal scholar Jonathan Turley has warned Democrats they are on a “slippery slope” with their campaign to boot President Donald Trump from 2024 ballots.
The constitutional law professor joined “The Brian Kilmeade Show” to explain why Jan. 6 was a protest and not a “rebellion or insurrection.”
Turley asserts that not only has President Trump not been charged with incitement or rebellion in the three years since Jan. 6, but that the American people do not view it that way, either.
The constitutional law professor said the Democrats’ efforts to disqualify Trump to allegedly “save democracy” are a threat to the republic.

Lt Col Charlie Brown The problem is the media called it an insurrection immediately and since this is the first thing the public heard, that's what they go with. Trump called for a peaceful protest but in their attempt to defame President Trump they refuse to let the word "insurrection" go. The only answer to why they are out to get Trump is because they are scared to death of him.

The media ran with "insurrection" because they were told to. They did not come up with that on their own.

SFC Casey O'Mally - All in an effort to make Trump look bad. I'm not a Trump supporter but given the choice of him or Biden, I'll choose Trump. I really wish there was a better candidate on the Republican ticket.

Lt Col Charlie Brown So much misapplication of the law on the Democrats’ part involving President Trump and his supporters. It’s astounding this is happening here, no power stops it. Some connected with J6 have even been put in Bureau of Prisons mental institutions.
