This is what happens when the highest court in the land is not willing to make the obvious ruling that the Biden Administration is not protecting our borders, so the states must protect themselves. It appears the SCOTUS won’t be happy until they start a second War Between the States.

I hate what is happening on the southern border and yet I understand the Supreme Court ruling. Just because the feds are doing a sh-tty job of border protection doesn't mean the states can take it over if the feds want to fight it.
