CAF laws as written and currently enforced are, indeed, un-Constitutional. Like, blatantly. There is not a single Constitutional legal argument to be made.
However, I fully agree with CAF laws applied POST-CONVICTION. If you made your millions through crime, and the state can show that you made your millions through crime and the state can show you committed those crimes (i.e. conviction), then ABSOLUTELY.... bye bye millions.
But before even being charged? Ridiculous.
