We can't get people to properly dispose of hazardous materials today. Can you comprehend a nuke battery in the stream behind someone's house?

Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen I don't think "comprehend" is the word you were wanting to use. I think you meant "imagine". That is, unless your were meaning to be condescending. Then, by all means, use "comprehend".

I look for battery disposal sites. I've seen zero here on Hawaii at their refuse transfer stations. I saw two in Oregon.
