Smith got hoisted by his petard when he tried to jump over the lower court to the Supreme Court. The point of these trials isn’t to convict Trump. After all Obama violated the constitution by ordering the death of two American citizens with NO repercussions. The purpose is to tarnish, stain and bankrupt Trump.

Thats not how our courts are supposed to work. They should be able to judge immediately on any issues given the evidence, if they can't then they are legislating from the bench and don't want to get caught with their pants down.
