LTC Eugene Chu it's happening in Indiana as well... Tenants say the management started to increase prices substantially after giving renters concessions during the Covid-19 pandemic...

There is a lot more going on than the article has told you. First, landlords lost a substantial amount of money during COVID due to people not paying their rent and getting screwed over by the government. Then there is inflation, the cost of repairs have gone up substantial as well. Of course, liberal news wont cover all the facts.

What do you mean not paying rent. Every city was receiving money to funnel to landlords who also was sucking the PPP program for every dollar they could get.
