2. The NAACP has a long and honorable history. It is the epitome of a loyal American organization by helping suppressed people to get a better shot at the American dream.
2. I hope SCOTUS takes the case and gives a precise, clear decision on a national level and put an end to this one way or the other. They could just decide on Colorado's case alone and leave the field open for other states to attempt the same actions.

2. The NAACP is a left-leaning, Communist friendly, anti-American, racist organization. They are race-baiting huckster whose usefulness ended decades ago. They only exist because of imaginary disparities that disappeared over time since 1964.
3. Yes, SCOTUS should slam the door on biased interpretations of an ancient portion of our Constitution, and Congress should have the courage to change the law.
