When this is over, the State of New York needs to be found liable for all defense costs. New York should not be able to use any federal dollars when this happens and/or be allowed to shift funding from one pot to another to play games. One has to wonder if he actually broke the law. Appeal is the remedy if he was not fairly tried and convicted.

The Appeal will work out in his favor, but it is unreasonable to ask for that amount of cash to Appeal the decision. This prosecutor and judge either ran their election and/or said public political type comments that were very negative about Trump. They have clear conflicts of interest. This is just a blatant attempt to break him and bloody him during the election. Actions like this have only happened in dictatorships, Socialist, and Communist countries before now. We are living in a Post-Constitutional Republic now.
