MY SAY: Private Actors vs. Government Censorship: There is a distinction made between private sector censorship by companies and government censorship. The argument is that when done by private actors, it does not constitute censorship as the companies have their own First Amendment rights.

Tech Platforms as Common Carriers: The states' attorneys advocate for recognizing tech platforms as "common carriers," comparing them to delivery or telephone companies that are not allowed to alter service based on a customer's viewpoint.
