Try as I might, I can't fathom the Constitutional issue in this case. Am I appalled that any jurisdiction would exercise the right to interfere in parental custody of their natural children for trivial reasons? Actually, yes. Was this a trivial issue? To me, yes. For others, obviously not. However, inasmuch as I don't have any skin in this game, my opinion isn't of any great consequence. The simple truth, from my point of view, is that We the People have to use the ballot box more effectively to avoid these issues. Sadly, we've been voting like idiots and elections have consequences.
