My schedule has never changed. As a kid I got up early, as a teen I got up early, and I still get up early. No matter what time I go to bed I wake up at the same time. Very frustrating. Weirdly, in different geographical locations, I wake up at the same time on the clock no matter where I am.

It is referred to as Circadian Rythum with peaks, transitions and valleys It is personalized to some degree. I suggest that folks keep a log for two weeks to ID their rythum.

No matter what time I go to sleep, my wife gets me up at 8AM. :) So, I must get to sleep by 12:30AM or so or I am ruined for the day. :) I have always been an early riser. Working on night shift for years killed me. Thanks for the info.
