Are the allegations of election fraud baseless as reported by the media?

Or did the Supreme Court shirk their responsibilities and punt to Congress < where evidence of election fraud was never heard at the Federal level due to scripted violence at the Capitol Building designed to bait supporters into going inside the Capitol so that they could blame Trump for inciting a violent insurrection?
