Fact Check: Is North Korea Sending 100K Soldiers to Fight Against Ukraine?

A Russian pundit/propagandist has speculated that NK troops would be sent to fight in Ukraine in exchange for anything Russia has of value (nuclear secrets/food/vodka). This has led to much speculation in various news outlets and conspiracy theorists. Personally, I think that NK could easily gather 100,000 volunteers but I don't think Ukraine could handle all of the defectors.
