105 years ago, 1st Lady Edith Wilson managed most of the Presidential affairs for incapacitated Woodrow Wilson. He had suffered a stroke after going cross country by train trying to push for the USA to join the League of Nations.
I wouldn't be surprised that 1st Lady Jill Biden is doing much of the same duties.
President Biden didn't have a stroke but he is incapacitated in most respects.
Doctor Biden tries to gaslight the country, saying that he is fit for duty and stupid Nancy Pelosi lies, a tries to covince voters that Prseident Trump is not fit for duty.
