They must have a stamp for each service that says "loss of trust and confidence"

"Loss of trust and confidence" will mean one of two things.
Either: a) They were utterly incompetent or corrupt.
Or b) is Woke for 'they refused to spread the narrative.'
Back in the day, they would never have softened the language like that, they would have said straight out why they were unfit.
