He had no living family. He was not famous. Yet hundreds attended WWII veteran Stephen Kolesnik Jr's funeral. Despite snowfall, a nice crowd of New Hampshire veterans showed up, representing all services and wars since WWII. Thank you Mr. Kolesnik for your service and may you rest in peace

It happens in our area Nat. Cemetary. When there is no family, the Honor Guard usually put that message out and low and behold a good number of citizens show up to say good bye.
