I remember Dianne Feinstein being wheeled in in a wheel chair to vote for a bill. She had no idea what she was voting for or where she was.

I'm all in on Term Limits for Congress and mental competency testing too.

Remember a few years ago when a pharmacist claimed he was delivering Alzheimer meds by the gross to Congress?
