The right is stealing one of our most important benefits under our vey nose, with far too many fellow Veterans supporting them. We may have lost the recent election, but we still can stand and fight back.

It's already partially privatized and has been for decades. It's so much partially privatized they had to create the department of "Care in The Community" to partner with providers and write the referrals. Guess when that started?
