That's a wide spread. I do think children under 14 should not be on social media. And our teachers here in Fairfax say the removal of cell phones during the school day is already making a difference for the students and teachers.

When I was teaching at university, I asked the students to not be on their phones when in class. It didn’t take long, usually around the first test. The ones that did poorly were those on their phones.
