I think it is a good move on the Air Force's part. Retaliation against service members is a legitimate concern!

I think that's the right answer here...no need for criminals to have key identification on our troops.

They are deporting some dangerous people who have connections with a lot of money. I would say this is standard for OPSEC. We sanitized our flight suits all the time when operational. Why should this make a difference? I mean its pretty clear who they have flying C-17's. No other service flys them.
