These were all good Trump loyalist, so nothing will happen to them. At least until someone screws up and makes Trump look bad, then watch out.

I think it is a black eye and some rear ends need some heat. Considering Abby Gate and the killing of an aid worker and some of the aid workers charges and zero call for people being fired, the calls for firing for this are way over the top.
