Lt Col Charlie Brown The media never reports the entire story. Was he or wasn't he a member of MS13? One report says yes, another says no...

You'll rarely get the full story if you just go off what media or a political talking head tells you, which is why it's important to dig a bit deeper if it's something that you take an interest in (or before you invest any 'emotional time' into it).

SFC Terry Cole - I think he had due process. Multiple immigration hearings, broke the law multiple times. If you Enter the US anywhere you and your luggage can be searched and you can be questioned. AskTulsi Gabbard, a reserve US LTC, ex congress member and ex Presidential Candidate. Every time she or her husband flew their luggage was searched and they were questioned. Oh, customs and immigration can also do physical searches including body cavity and X-rays. Customs and Immigration laws are different. Where is due process? They don’t need a court order to search and seize evidence and arrest you on their findings. Garcia abused his wife, was involved with MS 13 gang members on several occasions. Was caught speeding with several people in his car. He was coming from Texas taking the people with him to work construction from Texas to Maryland, no luggage and the the only address the passengers knew were Garcia home address in Mexico. The FBI told the police to let him go. Yeh St Garcia…

SFC Terry Cole - I normally stay out of the cats and dogs fighting, but occasionally dip into the fray. As I frequently tell people, you should never believe what a media or political talking head says at face value.
Do you own research on an issues, especially if you have an emotional response to it, before parroting the partisan propaganda (regardless of the political ideology).
When this came up a couple of weeks ago and the posts were flying back and forth with partisan takes on the information I decided to dig further and posted it. Here's a link* to the synopsis. If you doubt anything, you can look at the post with links to the source material.

Trump administration concedes Maryland father from El Salvador was mistakenly deported and...
This is what happens when you skip removal hearings, and try to get the planes airborne before a judge notices.

Thank you for sharing your deep dive analysis.
In digging deeper regarding the “withholding of removal order”, in 2017, the American Immigration Council stated that just 1.6% of people granted the status were deported to a third country. Most remained in the U.S. like Abrego Garcia. He checked in with ICE every year as required. During this time, had ICE found a third country that would take him, he could have been deported, but they didn’t.

This shows how far in the tank the democrats are for demographic replacement. They will support a confirmed illegal alien wife beating gang member over US citizens and those seeking the legal avenues to residency.
