Will it work? Where have I heard that question before? Oh, yes. When President Reagan called for the Strategic Defense Initiative (SDI). Remember that? "It'll never work!" the opposition cried. The Communists feared that it might work and they began developing systems of their own. That effort bankrupted the Soviet Union. Ran up our debt too because the Democrats who agreed to cut other spending, didn't.
