The phrase "all else is commentary" comes from a Talmudic story where Rabbi Hillel is asked to summarize the Torah while standing on one foot. Hillel's response, "That which is hateful to you, do not do to others. All else is commentary," emphasizes the importance of the golden rule and the idea that the core of Jewish law is rooted in treating others as you wish to be treated. The apocalypse is commentary.
