I read your comments with interest. One standout comment is, "Why would Trump want to bankrupt the country's largest employer?"

In my opinion, tariffs are being used to correct the imbalance of trade between countries. Our country has been abused for generations.

Already, we are seeing a positive impact. Countries have made the most significant commitment in history to move manufacturing to our country. During President Trump's short term in office, countries have made commitments of nine trillion dollars.

Nine trillion dollars will significantly enhance our job development, more than offsetting the short-term impact of traffic. I do not see Walmart going bankrupt.

I look forward to your constructive thoughts.

Sgt Douglas Berger - The only debate economists have about GDP as an indicator is whether it is a rough indicator or a definitive measure of the economy. But it is certainly used by all economists as an indicator for our economy.

We are the richest country in the world, with 30.8% of the global wealth, and that "phrase" is supported by data

The value of our currency was on the brink of failure last month, and that was entirely Trump's fault, because it was entirely about global tariffs.

I'm gonna guess that your "sources" range from memes and reels to the "alt right" podcasts and websites that are heavy on exactly what you like to hear and light on facts or reality.

SGM Jeff Mccloud - Spending your time and wasting mine is not a good use of Rally Point and my participation.

I do not have to defend my comments to you.

Your comment, like this one, is designed to engage in senseless dissension about my sources, whom you do not know and likely will never know.

Consider this my last comment to you. Have a good day.

Sgt Douglas Berger - You state you find everything Trump says believable. Please let me know where gasoline is being sold for $1.98 a gallon. He just said that again today when talking to the press. Also please tell me where egg prices have dropped by over half, another statement he made the other day to the press.
Why did Trump say that Hyundai, Blue Bird, Cummins, Fiat Chrysler, GM, Harley, Volvo and ZF were spending over a $1 billion dollars to invest in US plants and this was due to his work with these companies since he took office? Why did he specifically note those manufacturers? That $1 billion+ dollars is actually grant money from the US government to those specific manufacturers from Inflation Reduction Act, signed into law by Biden.

Programs like the "Inflation Reduction Act" allow the government to use taxpayer dollars to control high prices.

Sounds good, but programs like this do not work. They often cause a more significant problem.

I am working on problems with common-sense solutions to help our VA help veterans.

President Trump is doing a fantastic job of finding common-sense solutions to making our country the strongest in the world. The mess the previous administration caused made the process difficult, but not impossible, under President Trump's leadership.

We all need to focus on what we can control and recognize what we can not control. Do not let the media or politicians cause stress by describing issues they do not understand.

Good luck with your Law Practice.
