WASHINGTON (AP) — Former President Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer, his office said Sunday.
The finding came after the 82-year-old reported urinary symptoms, which led doctors to discover a nodule on his prostate. He was diagnosed with prostate cancer on Friday, with the cancer cells having spread to the bone.
“While this represents a more aggressive form of the disease, the cancer appears to be hormone-sensitive which allows for effective management,” his office said. “The President and his family are reviewing treatment options with his physicians.”

The s very said. Prostate cancer with bone metastasis is svery painful. I hope Joe does ok as he leaves this life. I do wonder how it was missed!

Well, he's almost 82 now. He was certainly checked all his years as a Senator, VP, and President, Id' think. Not sure why it wasn't detected in 2022 or 23...

I wish him well. I do wonder how the POTUS with access to the "best care" somehow wasn't diagnosed before this.
