Well, I guess Democrats are suddenly in favor of revenge porn, and a district court judge in Chicago will have to block this on first amendment grounds.

Well, that’s doubtful, given the 2023 sentencing of Republican & former Illinois State Rep. Nick Sauer (R), who was sentenced to 90 days in jail after pleading guilty to revenge porn charges.
