Kinda misleading. The governor had nothing to do with shutting down Foothills Christian Church Preschool.
Dept of Social Services visited the school in SEP 2021, following up on parents' complaints that employees and students were not masked.
The Dept of Social Services followed up with multiple visits attempting to bring them into compliance between SEP and NOV, continuing to find that employees were not masked and not attempting to encourage the kids to mask up.
Dept of Social Services finally showed up on 10 December to shut them down for non-compliance.
I could not find a single news story that states a police officer accompanied the Dept of Social Services, but if one actually did show up with them, no doubt that as a police officer, there was a pistol on the duty belt, like any other cop anywhere.

And as a California resident who was watching the live feeds of the protests starting Friday night, and through the weekend, I could see no evidence of "lack of law enforcement response" referred to in this reel or the many tweets by Trump.
