9 of the most overrated battles in history (and one underrated one)

Bannockburn, Bosworth, the destruction of the Spanish Armada, and the Battle of Britain? I don't know about some of those choices. I agree with you, Jack. All battles may seem insignificant unless you were in them. The battles mentioned determined the outcome of the wars in which they were fought however. CPT Jack Durish

CPT Jack Durish I guess my view of battles is different --operations --campaigns contain many battles and anyone who has to be involved in taking another life to protect their own,their companions or a particular piece of real estate would the experience devastating to them personally,so other battles would seem less important.
