Heinlein called these "the crazy years", and he was right. She may be very book smart. She may be street smart. However, she doesnt act smart. She's been called out in decisions by liberal and conservative justices for her 'judicial reasoning', thats not a sign of being a smart judge.

CW3 Richard Doty - Don't slander me. Disliking libtarded opinions is about their libtardedness, not misogyny. Sandra Day O'Connor was an outstanding justice, and ACB is a passable one.

As for KBJ, she couldn't define her judicial philosophy or the word "woman." She's hiding the former because she doesn't really have one, or any other principles, and she's woke as fuck on the latter. When ACB had to bench-slap her, it was because her dissent was based in pure TDS, not the law. Sotomayor wrote a separate dissent that Kagan signed onto, and ACB treated it with respect because it made a legal argument, not an emotional, ideological one.

CW3 Richard Doty - Nobody gets the full of shit tag for having an opinion, they get it for being dishonest.

It never ceases to amaze me how the left that claims to stand for women does the greatest harm to women. Harris' run for president has put women back ten years in getting elected president, and one can only guess what Justice Jackson has done to women on SCOTUS. I don't need to mention trans women in sports.

You really don't have to mention trans women in sports, as it has absolutely nothing to do with a woman running for president or a woman justice on the Supreme Court.

Just out of curiosity, how did Harris running last year set women back 10 years in getting elected? She did better than Clinton (popular vote %) despite getting a late start.
