I'm no sure how the Cambrian explosion after the Cambrian extinction reveal anything about evolution as is currently taught. Every existing species dates post Cambrian Extinction and the Cambrian explosion does not point to gradual evolution from a common ancestor. When you look at the commonality of DNA, one of four nitrogenous bases: two purines (adenine and guanine) and two pyrimidines (cytosine and thymine) arranged in a chain is the basis of everything living thing today, yet no evidence of evolutionary jumps between species. If you start looking a statistical probability of random viable mutation occurring exactly at the right time to reproduce a viable organism, that doesn't seem to be a logical conclusion. The four nucleotides in DNA function like code, you can draw your own conclusion to what that means.

Lt Col Charlie Brown All kinds of interesting things are being found all the time and at the same time a lot of theories. If only a time machine actually existed. What we could learn about the development of man would be astounding.

Amazing! In between the Cambrian explosion and today, the dinosaurs came and went with 65 million years to spare.
