You really have to wonder if this is true. USAID funding is cut and all of a sudden democrat shibboleths are in financial trouble. Media Matters for America is one that comes to mind.

Who was paying for the AOC tour?
Donors. They raised $11.5M in 3 months. $9.7M of that came from donations of $200 or less. Their financials are available for review.
And seriously, USAID money funding The View? Seriously?
It's a network show, and number one in daytime talk or news. They are doing fine on ad revenue. Going on hiatus? The View, and a lot of daily shows, do that every summer.
USAID funding protests? It doesn't cost anything for someone to show up at a protest.
USAID funding Actblue? Their financials are available on FEC.

How Do Some Super PACs Mislead About Donors?
Dark Money Laundering
A super PAC may report receiving a donation from an LLC or shell nonprofit — obscuring the real source.
Example: An LLC is created days before a donation and then dissolved afterward.
Fictitious Donors
Some rare cases involved fake names, dead people, or impossible addresses.
The FEC has received complaints and issued warnings for these tactics, but enforcement is often delayed or weak.
Donor Identity Delays
Super PACs sometimes delay disclosure by transferring funds through multiple entities, masking the original source until after an election.

MSG Billy Brumfield - Sure, large amounts, just several times, through just several LLCs, plausible.
The tour got $9.7M from individual donations under $200.
If the average donation was $130, that's 74,615 individual donors.
If the average donation was $75, that's 129,333 individual donors.
Either way you look at it, that's a lot of fronts to put up in a short amount of time, would require a lot of people to do that, with no one talking.
Not to mention no one talking after "stealing" millions from USAID.
But enough trying to streeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetch that remote possibility, you might pull something.
Let's try this:
DOGE spent every day for months straight, digging through the USAID books, and the best they could come up with was obscene ways to describe AIDS prevention in Africa and lying about condoms to Hamas or the Taliban.
Don't you think that if DOGE had found anything at all, no matter how remotely plausible, that could possibly be spun as USAID money going to the DNC or Actblue, that would have been their lead story?

SGM Jeff Mccloud - Ok, ask Chat GPT to create a spreadsheet for various amounts no more than $200 with made up names all cash donations and go to sleep, check it in the morning.

MSG Billy Brumfield - Ironically, I'm just gonna trust that if it was really there, DOGE would have found it, and then danced in the endzone for three months.

USAID funding the democrats is equal to Russia funding the NRA (although they did infiltrate them). Give me a break.
